Visited the other farm this afternoon. As I pulled in, I found one that got hit earlier this morning.

On a much brighter note though; There's still plenty more to go around and the following is a brief update of the one that continues to get my attention among all the others so far.

Here is brief update on 'JR's & 'NINER's velvet antler status. They are the two that I shared within my first post on this thread.

I would've shared both 'SHYBUC's and 'THUNDER's this go around as well if the trail camera didn't get mud slung all over the camera lens shorty after these two appeared. That location over the course of the last two days had nearly 800 photographs that were not viewable because of the mud that covered the camera lens. It's been pretty wet and muddy over in that location the past week.

I'll share them next time when they show up.

You might if said but how big were those two last year?

Whoops, silly me, I didn't think to do such a thing, my bad.

Last set of antlers for the both just before they shed them. 'JR' is the bigger of the two. Both hang with each other closely nearly all the time for two years. They visit daily pretty much and I believe I've been feeding both ever since they were old enough to get around on their own. They truly are resident bucks without a doubt.

I don’t have history on my farm yet. Nice to have bucks to compare growth to. Thank you

Good day TOO'ziers! Hope everyone had an enjoyable three day weekend because I sure did.

The following is a brief update of the buck that I've been paying most attention to in a different county. He continues to be a regular visitor at that location and I still do not know if he's a returning buck or not. Might be the one I saw during last muzzy season and shared video and photos of him in both the muzzy thread and within my hunt journal where he displayed an injury and now his rack is coming in rather funky this year, but I'm not quite certain about that either at this point.

Anyhow, hope some enjoy my sharing of him as he continues to fill out this year.

Video description:

I went to the other farm this afternoon to replenish the corn feeder and pull SD cards from trail cameras. The following video is of the buck that continues to grab my attention among all the others still. It's a series of trail camera photograph captures of him during daylight on a wet Friday morning the 27th, the only time of him in daylight over the course of the past week. All the other snapshots of him during the same week time period were captured under guise of darkness.

Forgot to post earlier. Swapped a card today and replenished mineral on a sight. Counted 14 different velvet bucks in the past month. Posted here a few of them

This is the latest from the other farm of the same buck shared previously that continues to visit the feeder regularly. The photographs are from my last SD card pull over a week ago. I'll hit the farm again later this week to replenish the feeder and pull cards once again. There's another good buck that's been showing up lately there too. I share those pics of him next time.

Below are a few of the residents bucks here at home that I can totally confirm who they are today. They are the same ones that have lived within the immediate area over the last couple of years. There are others that I'm not able to identify just who they are yet, just a little too early for me to figure out just who they are today. I purchased a new TC yesterday to hopefully get better quality photographs of that same area where the following
photographs were captured.

Video description:

The following are trail camera photography captures of some of the more mature returning resident bucks of 2022. So far from what I can tell, 'JR'; 'NINER', 'SHYBUC', 'VEGAS' and 'LEFTY' are shown within this video. 'THUNDER' and many others are still around as well, but I'm unable to confirm who is who exactly at this point in time. In a couple of weeks, I should be able to figure just who is who and I'll post another video update that will include those others. The number of deer in the area is slightly higher in numbers compared to last year at this time. Last photograph within the video is of a mother doe with her newborn fawn. I have at least four others fawns within the immediate area as well.
