We bumped a shooter 30 minutes ago and he's now between us and the trucks. My buddy and I split up and improvised. I'm lopping wide and he's going down the gut. We have 90 minutes to still hunt back to our meeting spot. At my first perch cooling down.

I had to pack it in early than the rest of the guys to get back. Was a blast to get out and cover all that new ground. I jumped a deer out of a really thick clear cut on my way out. Really diverse habitat out there. I’ll post some pics later. Good luck fellas!!

5 hour walk. 3.69 miles. Jumped 3 bucks and had a blast.

Awesome shit guys. Wish I could have been there. It's a blast hiking that place and the views and sights are second to none. Good for the soul hunting.

Had snow last year and about 50* colder. I didn’t make the hunt, but is was good to share some meat with you guys.
