IF we do get a good cold snap, I would be up for a small gathering for those hardwater enthusiasts. I'm sure a few of us in the northern region will be salivating if Erie starts to lock up.

Very Nice.... Alot of guys have some great times out on the ice.... Could you imagine a TOO get together with ice cold Busch Lites..... Dustin smoking on his smoker then taking a break from the smoker to give a seminar on how to catch giant walleyes through the ice....
@swantucky momentarily moving to Canada and needing to channel his inner Randy Knievel to get back to the States, ruined me on it. Fuck that.
I was out there the day before him and Steve went for a ride. Offshore wind and 50 degrees with ice conditions deteriorating, I stayed on the main land.
Randy saved my ass one night out there. Before I had my quad, I walked out to the 3 mile mark. Caught a ride out with a group who said they were fishing all day. Left my ass at lunch time. Randy found me around the 7.5 mile mark and brought not only me in, but two others who's sleds wouldn't start.
Didn’t know we had so many Nancies around here.

Usually the bay locks up enough to scratch the itch. I'm sure I'll be up there if Erie doesn't quite get there.

Oh there is still a pucker factor running back from buckeye reef to Gibraltar ramp in a 14’ deep V boat when the wind kicks up and switches
