Seeing how they flashed the window I would make sure they flashed the deck. Should be flashing under deck board on wall behind house wrap covering your rim board.

A five cent piece reminded me i haven't updated this in a while.
Flooring going in, painting being finished up, stone fireplace needs done and its coming together.
We originally had a decorative beam in the main room (first picture) but decided not to. The orange floor is the heating pad for the master bath tile floor.

Looks awesome, we have the same heated floor system in our bathroom and love it. The controller for the floor is high tech, it learns how long it takes to heart your floor and adjust when to come on. The heated floor is one of my favorite things we did
