is that a backflow tank? in the first picture. i dont see any way of gettinng to that plumbing if it needs worked on . mite be a good place for a closet .
I like the way your think Hoot. You have got to think about maintenance down the road. That is how my remodel jobs go too. "Um, here is a pipe. I better leave access to it. If not, this is the pipe that will leak someday." lmao
i have done this kind of stuff for 35 years . i have made my share of mistakes. lol

Hoot that is a backflow preventer and my instant hot, tankless hotwater heating system. That bump out will have a door.

That's just the way he frames. He will come back later and frame out all doors and windows after the walls are up.
