Boarhead's Coyote Snaring 2014/15 season

Do you think the few remaining are out making their territorial rounds and will show back up in a few days?

Dick i think evertone has plenty of yotes where they hunt you just dont see them often.I only had a few pics of yotes all year on 3 cameras but they are there.
Chad they do cover a big area so it seems after you catch several it slows down till the next group comes through the area.The 8 i just caught were probably living close and the next ones will probably be more males than females out cruising during the breeding season.
I would like to think i have hurt their numbers in my area but i doubt it.

Well damn I caught one last night and he chewed out of the wire and pulled out. The cool thing about it is I had one of my cameras facing a deer ribcage and in the first pic you can see two sets of eyes, right after that I caught the one and you can see it fighting to get out of the snare. I had about 40 pics of him and put a few on here. Maybe next time and hope he gets hung up somewhere as he still has the snare and wire attached to him. Looks like he was caught between around 12:38 and 3:20 a.m .Must be a few making their way back in the area as I saw 4 different sets of tracks today.

Caught a big male today 51 pounder, he was wrapped up and dead which was good cause he really chewed on the cable and if not for getting choked out he probably would have chewed out.
He was alot darker colored than the others i have caught.
5 more and will hit 100.
Not doing too bad for having 10 snares out right now, just not seeing many tracks but seem to be catching the ones that are coming through
