Seen a good one the last 20 minutes of shooting time. I opted not to shoot as the shot was 130ish and I had some limbs in the way. Maybe get a second look tomorrow.

My hunting buddy put some more meat in the freezer tonight. Handles the 450 like a champ. She's had a good year

This is how last night ended. It always sucks to shoot one late in the year and see that they were pregnant ,this one had twins.

Handful of does last night, sat out this morning
Slept in this morning. The rest of the pack came to see what happened to James.
Hopefully they decide to check on him again this afternoon since he was sleeping last night and I can give him some company.

I climbed in a blind a hour ago and the rain is letting up. I brought food and drinks ready to make my last stand here.

Also in, rain just moving out, still misting. I should be in the woods treestand, but this corner field blind is calling my name for comfort, and to see if Al and Tina come back to check on James. Good luck in the final hours guys!
