You guys can quit, I guess what pushed me to stay quit besides the cost was it’s not just baccy in that can or pouch. The chemicals and other additives they put in it that keeps you addicted to it and can increase your chances of getting cancer is what helped me stay away from it. Good luck guys!

I smelled some chew yesterday from a coworkers can it was heavenly.....but I'm over it. Gum was the key and just having something to do while working to forget tobacco isn't in my lip. Get some killer jaw aches after chewing the the same piece of gum for 4hrs straight. Keep at fellas.

Keep it up. I can finally say that my cravings are very minimum now. I still get one every now and again but it’s not too often. It only took 2+ years.
