Been slammed all weekend. Haven't seen many highlights/low lights/scores. Since this isn't the "Buckeye thread", were there any upsets this weekend? Looked like ND lost to Georgia. Never saw any coverage though. Haven't heard a peep about Clemson or Bama?

How about Athens' Joe Burrow continuing to set new records at LSU? Single game record 6 TD passes on Saturday. I really hope they go into the Alabama game unbeaten. Those two teams have ridiculous receivers and ultra-efficient QB play.

I watched the Vandy game on the SEC network and I heard one of the broadcasters say that UM said that "Burrows threw like a girl"..... Bet he's eating those words today... LOL

Also watched the ND game and Im guessing that Georgia is gonna totally regret the Fields transfer.... LMAO
Both Offensives looked week to me and the Defensive's hit hard but was never tested on deep coverage...

Ive been as big a Harbaugh defender you"ll find. Harbaugh made his money on offense, from playing up to coaching. We have the players there to be great. I know His offense was a little stale sometimes, especially the passing concepts. But his run game stuff has always been a bitch to prepare for. For him to give up 100% control was a mistake IMO. He needed some new blood and ideas on passing infused. But this new guy running our offense sucks. No running concepts at all. And his passing concepts work really well with the threat of run. Kind of a problem there. If they dont fix it, Im fine with moving on from the whole crew.

On the bright side Red, you can spend more time in the stand on Saturday's instead of watching that dumpster fire every weekend. (Sorry i'm not sorry).

So Bama won big. They haven't played anyone. Clemson struggled a bit and commentators are saying they will drop in rankings. Oklahoma? They coasted over nobody. LSU and Georgia have bye weeks. Wisconsin won 24-15 (I think it was), but it was against a ho him Northwestern. My point? There have been very few "big games" so far. Not many of these teams have had a good test. I'm looking forward to Ohio State versus Wisconsin. I don't honestly think Penn State or Michigan State are worthy of their rankings. Wisconsin might not be a challenge but I don't think it will be a true indicator of what OSU is capable of doing "IF" the Buckeyes win. I'm disappointed in college football overall this year. No big tests (outside of a couple big caliber games) appear to be happening until the second half of the season. Should be an interesting playoff season. We might not see any challenges until then. Please tell me I'm wrong. If I'm right then I am disappointed in overall scheduling for most of these teams.

Georgia vs ND last weekend was a good test. Probably the best match up I’ve seen this year. Seems like LSU has a good one too, but I don’t remember against who. Week 2 maybe. I’m sure someone remembers.

Yes. Those are the two big challenge games i was thinking off.

And to throw it out for Dustin, ND is looking pretty solid this year. No shame in the loss to GA.

It was a tough loss for sure but our run game just flat out sucks right now. We will see where this season goes.

Yeah, I just don’t want to hear a word about playoffs and a one loss team. Seems a lot of Nd fans ran off at the mouth a couple of years ago about OSU. They can suck on that foot this year.

I'm with Dave. Not sure they will have a leg to stand on this year. They did look good against GA (in the highlights I saw.) I'll take your word Dustin. I know you're watching them closer.

What's the deal with Iowa? They have quietly become a 14th ranked team at 5-0. Not sure where MN is ranked but they are undefeated as well. Have they played anyone? I'm guessing not.
