I hope I get to find out haha. I'll use it for salmon and I cant count how many times Nate has killed a deer on a sunday evening and had to take it home then to his butcher the next morning. Now we can just skin and quarter it, wrap it with the Industrial cellophane and pack it on ice and throw it in his truck

Don't wrap it as it'll hold heat.. Just lay quarters on a piece of cardboard on top of the ice and open the plug a tad so it leaks.

I can tell you from experience owning 2 of those 120qt'rs......it takes 2 people to load when full. Dont try it, your back will thank you. Even just the mrs. helping is better than nothing.
