Cultural Appropriation.

I've never been to South Korea, but I seriously doubt that pork rinds of any flavor are a readily available or a favorite food of the locals. Pork rinds are about as deep south redneck food as you can get.

That would be boiled peanuts. Ain't a gas station one up here got a crockpot of them going, but they all got pork rinds.

Now rednecks don't eat them, we'll not the white one anyway, but another thing that's deep south is the big ole jar of pickled pigs feet on the counter.

Chicken ona steeik

That street food pup on a stick was the shit. And the beondegi wasn't bad if you could get past the look of it. As drunk as I was all the time that wasn't hard. 😅 Real salty like boiled peanuts. It's the boiled silkworm pupa.

Hey watch yo mouff! [emoji23]

don't get me wrong, I loves me some pork rinds. prefer them straight up. none of that barbeque flavored crap. boiled peanuts, no thank you. hogs head cheese, now that is something worth eating. I have a very funny story about my first time eating it. campfire fodder. it was during Mardi Gras about 15 years ago, and I'll leave it at that.

It isn't just food. Watch the Today show. Yoda Guppie is on there saying Y'all as if she is from the south or something. This could also fit in the pet peeve thread for me. What next? Prince Harry going to start dropping ya'lls?

The bar/restaurant in Chester in southern Ohio used to sell a pickled tongue sandwich. Never have seen that in all my years living in North Carolina, but be a southern Ohio thing. Lol
