Dang. Somehow I got left out of the loop. Cutting trees down, attending soccer games, helping at the church's Octoberfest. . . Finally get logged onto TOO and I get teaser pics. Oh well. Congrats to the hunter! Hope it was Dante.

It was me, he's no booner but he is my best so far. Came in at last light, had enough light to see antlers and a big body. And just enough light to see my pins.

The arrow in his chest was the second one.
When I came to draw on him my kisser button was gone. I only had a second to decide what to do. I anchored as best I could and sent one before I even knew what was going on. That shot hit him high and dropped him right there. After he flopped around a little he ended up with his chest facing me and I put another one in him.
