Damn Ryan...just damn...we talked about it as you pet my pup and that’s the circle of being a dog owner. All them good years are worth the pain these days bring. You know how to reach me.
Thanks guys. She got a one day extension. Had to reschedule for tomorrow so we could be there with her. Aint no way she was doing it alone

Well, everything went pretty smooth today. That's a pretty peaceful process. First dog that I haven't put down myself. But she was my first inside dog. First non hunting dog come to think of it. Anybody ever not sure about the process, it was very respectful of the pet and owner. Wife and kids treated her to ice cream and a short walk last night. I fed her a few steaks this week. Glad we decided to do it though.
Exactly. Wasn't really expecting that.The amount of relief I got was awesome. Sounds like you had the same experience.
The worst part is deciding when. After that you realize they aren't struggling just to be a dog anymore and they're at peace. Now you are at peace with it all.

I struggled with the decision and eventually, it was made for me. Glad you found some relief, brother.
6.5 months, 72#s. Bailey is 61 already. Lulu is 78. I'm feeding 30#s of ProPlan every 10 days.
