One year I decided I wasn't rooting for the Brown's but for every team playing the Steeler's. I figured the Steeler's would lose more games then the Brown's would win. That way I would have more happy weekends. The year was 2004... Steeler's go 15-1. Browns 4-12...Go figure!Anyone playing the squeelers.....

Exactly, Ditka! He would've kicked every players ass that ever kneeled. Back when coaches COACHED! Back when you named players like The Fridge for always having his fat ass in the fridge. Back when teams played like teams and supported eachother on and off the field. Walter Payton knew he was nothing without his line and the holes his other players made. This crap today is a shitshow of selfish overpaid pricks. They all need a coach that'll coach more than someone else's playbook. I used to love Da Bears and watching how they acted and interacted. Now I can't stand to watch more than a few minutes without getting upset.
fuck the NFL, NBA, and especially MLB. I have not watched a professional sport in at least 4 years. never gave a shit about hockey, so fuck the NHL, too. and MLS, PGA tour. not a NASCAR fan, either. I've only followed college football for a good while now, but I think I'm losing interest in that, too.

I would rather be hunting. I laugh at the guys that have to run home during the rut to watch a game.
Brett Farve’s interview with Andrew Klavan last week spoke about how fans are losing interest and how sports has gotten political.

Don't watch that crap anymore. MLB was just added to the list. Keep getting political professionals...
Haven't watched any games of any kind since the kneeling started. Can't say I miss any of it.

I love this site! You guys are expressing my dissatisfaction with the state of professional sports in general for me. I lost interest in baseball way back during a strike season, probably about 30 years ago. Basketball followed somewhere between Jordan and Bryant. Football began to lose its luster with the influx of politics and highly entitled athletes playing the victim...
Being a 50+ year Brown's fan should have been easy to walk away, yet I could see the team turning the corner!
I guess what I need to do is get a non-resident license in a state that allows Sunday hunting all season. Well TOO regulars, any suggestions?
