It is his second buck he has gotten but his biggest.It had a lot of mass and I told friends it would go 148 to 152.He actually grossed 155 with a net of 150. Great buck.

Huh, that tells you what I know! Lol. I thought his tine length was short , 7-8" range. It's so hard to judge on pictures.

Yea it is hard to judge them sometimes from a picture.But having the mass really helped him out as his tines were 6 to 9 inches.Not that score is all that important anyway as i dont think he gave a hoot about score after he got him.LOL
Wow, that deer really fooled me! Mass does make tines appear shorter though. Regardless of score that young hunter killed a very nice deer! Congrats to him!
