I can't do the texture. A buddy of mine told me about doing an ice cream out of it. I would have to try it before taking the plunge.I bought a yougurt maker so I could ferment L. reuteri. Look up the health benefits. You can use a sous vide to make it as well. 100 degrees for 36 hours. Tastes great with blueberries and zero fillers when using organic half and half.
