Pumpkin pie and Butterscoth flavored pork rinds in my cabinet right now. Women. 
Those are a hard pass for me, but the buttered popcorn flavored ones were not too bad. There really is a difference in the quality of pork rinds if you are snacking. For making panko, not so much.

Amazon search has a bunch of brands and flavors. Some prices for the panko kinds seem worth it (by weight), by the time you buy several bags and spend the time grinding.
I just bought every bag (total of 4 6-ounce bags) of name brand pork rinds that our lame ass Kroger had on sale 2 for $4. I can barely cram 12 ounces of pork rind crumbs into a quart canning jar, and it literally takes less than ten minutes to grind up two 6-ounce bags of pork rinds, put them in jar and wash up the food processor. Total cost for 12oz ground pork rinds ground at home - $.33/oz, i.e. $4 plus 10 minutes of my time. I'm proud to be frugal, but I'm not a cheapskate. I would totally spend the money on some of the ready-made flavored crumbs, but I have also seasoned the plain ones myself and it works just fine, too.
I love it! Keep sharing because the most common thing (besides people thinking I'm gonna die) people talk about is "how do you afford to eat like that?"
I will also add that my wife prefers the taste of the stuff that is already ground. I think its in her head because she absolutely hates pork rinds and so do my kids. But out of the ground tub...they love the stuff. Lol
Costco for the win again on fermented foods!

I was on a work- related trip in Puerto Vallarta last week and it is actually pretty easy to stay carnivore. We still got some carbs from beer, (Mich Ultra and Coors Light,) but all of the walking at the resort was good to counteract the extra carbs from drinking. I focused on tequila on the rocks. 
Food, we just had to pay attention to, breakfast was easy, since it was a buffet, and they had an omelet station. Dinner actually was pretty simple to stay carnivore. We just couldn't get them to not bring sides, so our dinner mates got extra sides LOL
