I've been doing intermittent fasting for years. Starting to do more one meal a day styled. I'm used to bathroom trips becoming less often and more urgent which makes physiological sense in my mind.

Today was a hard one. Left house at 0400 with no lunch or coffee. Just got home a little while ago and seen lasagna, I guess the fast continues. But it was a day of driving and people eating fast food around me. I stayed strong! Very tempting
