Just got a email flier from Sam’s Club. Lots of junk/processed foods in it. Scroll to the bottom of it. Learn more about GLP-1 click here….. 🙄

I've been doing intermittent fasting for years. Starting to do more one meal a day styled. I'm used to bathroom trips becoming less often and more urgent which makes physiological sense in my mind.

But holy 💩
that may have been the largest I've ever dropped. truly impressive amount, kinda wish i could have weighed myself before and after

Interesting unintentional experiment last week. Was on a good stretch of eating, then had stressful day and responded by eating sugar (Pop Tarts) and was so sore the next day, I might as well have ran a half marathon the day before. Also had a little more alcohol than usual and noticed how much snot/phlegm I had to deal with in the morning. Funny how quickly the body can rebuild, then retract. The older I get, the more the sugar impacts my body, so it served as a good reminder of why clean eating is worth the sacrifice!

You basically put poison in your body. Kristi and I definitely notice a difference in how we feel the next day even if we accidently ingest sugar or carbs. When eating chicken wings at a restaurant, we have to make sure that they are not breaded and we use sauces sparingly. We still enjoy a few low carb beers, (Mich Ultra, Yuengling Flight). I used to really enjoy Tequila but have found out that it makes my heart race. Eating clean and healthy has been fantastic for our overall health and the rabbit hole we went down regarding the American Food Industry has been extremely eye opening for both of us.

I dislocated my left hip 3 years ago. No structural damage just pulled/ stretched ligaments according to the Doctor. It still throbs about ever other day. Since I cut out carbs, sugar, and beer in January 75% of my hip pain has decreased and feels much better. I contribute it to inflammation(s) related to what I consume.
