Grass fed and finished ground beef, browned in a little bit of wagyu tallow and butter, 3 farm raised eggs, salt/pepper, and a chopped green pepper for some crunch. Absolutely delicious.

Light little meal…. Got around to getting my stone crab traps pulled since my boat is in the shop. Did 612 lbs out of 585 traps on the second pull of the season for me. So a little boil with sausage, Vidalia onions, large stone crab claws, potatoes, corn and garlic! Can’t beat fresh local caught seafood!

Doing great, 😆
I cut out the carbs, sweets, shit, etc on Wednesday afternoon. I don't eat after supper which is usually 6 at latest. Breakfast after 9 has been egg bowls with sausage or ham. Meals have been walleye in the air fryer with nothing but some lemon pepper and salt, venison, or beef, chicken, etc. Steamed broccoli and carrots for a couple meals. Make tacos with romaine lettuce wraps. I'm down 9 pounds since Wednesday evening. Woke up with great energy

I’m here in Ohio hunting and staying at the farm.
It’s bare bones type of farmhouse. Has a stove, refrigerator and heat. As well as a single bed.
I brought some ground venison with me. Got some onions, peppers and taco mix.
Makes for a nice meal after getting back from hunting.
Eggs and bacon for lunch as well.
I did get a bag of pork rinds for a little snack as well as some raspberries.
my goal is to be down to 175 by the new year. If I make it great, if not there’s always next year. I was 182 when I left to head north.

Wife did shredded chicken sandwiches for dinner. Man was i tempted to make a heel of a sandwich on Texas garlic toast! But I ate out the bowel with it covered in SYM.
