By eating tacos, with all those ingredients, you actually have no idea what triggered your tummy ache.
It was either the shells, cheese, or sour cream. The rest I've eaten recently.

My god, we'll hide them next week then. I'm officially on day two of clean eating. Breakfast was 3 scrambled eggs with chopped ham. Lunch was sauteed venison and hen of woods mushroomI have not caved either. BUT, I have not been offered a little Debra Christmas cake either.

Doing great,
I cut out the carbs, sweets, shit, etc on Wednesday afternoon. I don't eat after supper which is usually 6 at latest. Breakfast after 9 has been egg bowls with sausage or ham. Meals have been walleye in the air fryer with nothing but some lemon pepper and salt, venison, or beef, chicken, etc. Steamed broccoli and carrots for a couple meals. Make tacos with romaine lettuce wraps. I'm down 9 pounds since Wednesday evening. Woke up with great energyDoing great,
Aunt Millies keto friendly breads and buns are pretty good and only 1 or 2 grams net carbs per slice, lots of fiber. I'm not giving up bread now. It isn't as satisfying as a warm baguette fresh from the oven, but an adequate substitute when you want a sammich or a slice of bread to sop up juice and fat from a nice ribeye or pile of brisket. Toasts well, too.Wife did shredded chicken sandwiches for dinner. Man was i tempted to make a heel of a sandwich on Texas garlic toast! But I ate out the bowel with it covered in SYM.
I might give it a try. I'm really pretty happy without. Just hit me last night with that meal. Or when the wife makes a fresh loaf of sourdough....Aunt Millies keto friendly breads and buns are pretty good and only 1 or 2 grams net carbs per slice, lots of fiber. I'm not giving up bread now.
