Game Plan Gear - Problems?

I purchased a Game Plan Gear Spot -n- Stalk bag at the Ohio D&T show this year. So far the zipper pull has broken which was no big deal as I replaced it with paracord tied into a lanyard knot - in fact I liked that better that I was going to replace them all. Then, this morning, I noticed that the zipper has broken and wont zip the track up. I called them and left a message to notify them and to ask how I can get this fixed.

Has anyone else had problems? If so, how was their customer service? I noticed they are an Ohio company but their products are made in China. Hopefully this will be a quick fix.

Their customer service is top notch. Give them a call and they will take care of you. I have several of their products and have had zero issues so far. They make great stuff and are great people

Well, I left the message around 8:30 am today and have yet to hear from them. I just called again and get a recording and voice mail. :smiley_chinrub:

too bad I wasnt down your way or I would just drop it off for you. Boardman isnt that far away fom me.

Appreciate the offer. As long as they ship me one out right away I should have it by Wednesday (assuming they ship UPS), so I should have it back in time for season.

Fugg! According to UPS, they received my pack on Monday so I called them today to see if they had shipped the replacement back...I was greeted with a voicemail message saying that they would be out of the office between Sept 14-16. Damn my luck! I'm assuming they haven't shipped it back since they were out of the office on Tuesday and had they shipped it Monday I would have received it already. This normally wouldn't be a problem except I am leaving for an out of state hunt on Friday morning. It doesn't look like I will have my pack back and I just sold my catquiver. :( It looks like I will be using my A.L.I.C.E Pack for this hunt. Fugg!

Truth be told I was going to take the A.L.I.C.E pack anyways, but I was going to carry it in the roll pack of the the SnS pack and then use it to haul out my quartered out kill. Now I just gotta figure out how to pack in a back pack and a Millenium stand.
