Not much to report. Hoping to head out tonight and tomorrow.

I have not been running cams like in years past. Im looking forward to bouncing around and not getting wrapped up on one particular deer.
Rolled like that last year more then usual, and had some great hunts.
I know were them big slobs are at. Just going to hunt smart. Much simplified.
That being said, im sure a freak will show up on one of the 3 cams i got running for my pops. Ha

Time to start ramping things up.
Got a nice scrape line that appeared at a go to spot. This 60 acres is straight up 'money spot'. Produces great hunts every year.
Dilemma is Im still looking for my first trad kill before i turn into 'gordo the observer', but no doe killing in this spot.

Miller time! Feeling it from all angles. 15-25 yards. Have shot alot today with my left eye closed. Prob going to stick with it. Makes for an easier focal point. Im excited as shit
Been lobbing arrows from around 30. Its making those 10-12 yard shots chippies

I've ways wondered...how excited is shit? Most of the time when I see it it's in a downward spiral towards the septic tank. Not sure a whole lot of excitement goes on inside that tank.

No doubt about the second part. Its time for the real deal. Can shoot targets all day long. Good for confidence, but only means so much. With my pops coming to town wednesday, i'll be setting him up on some buck deer and i'll be putting tree time in somewhere. We'll see what happens.
