Gun hunting question

If you have a round in the chamber prior to or after legal shooting light you can get a ticket. Like Brock out GW used to hide in the bushes by the truck and check guns after legal light. Theoretically, he could do the same on the way in.

For the CCW. It is not considered a hunting implement and can be loaded at all times. CCW does not apply to shotguns and rifles. Pistols only. If your pistol also happens to meet the requirements for a pistol that you can hunt with, the absence of, or inclusion of, a second weapon will be used to make the call. For instance, if you're walking in the woods with a 45lc that meets the regs for a hunting pistol, and it's the only gun you have, you'll be hard-pressed to claim it's your CCW. Likewise, if it doesn't and you're all decked out in camo wearing orange you'll be hard-pressed to say you weren't hunting and it's your CCW. Now if you have a legal hunting implement that is unloaded and a loaded CCW then you're good.
