Spent the weekend in SC with our son and DIL..... They wanted too head too Costco and the there was a few outdoor shops near by..... 80 rounds of 223 4 packages of 209 primers and 200 rounds of of blazer 9mm....
Just received today my latest installment of some premium ammo. These sold out within an hour of my purchasing these 3 boxes, which was the maximum amount per customer. It's nuts just how this shit flies off the shelves nowadays!
Yesterday, I purchased some more magazines & ammo-cans at a decent price. Should receive those within the next couple of days.

Interesting report. I wonder if this idea/approach will spread to other private ammo retailers, logically thinking that it might possibly relieve demand/pressure on the ammo market.

BTW, I just received another on-line new ammo, magazines and ammo-cans order last Friday in a timely fashion, considering all the recent bad weather conditions & covid issues, which did surprise me. I don't know what it's like for you all, but to me, I get the indication that those I purchase from seem to make these types a orders a high priority at no increase cost, which I appreciate. The turnaround from the time of the order to receiving was within 5 business days.

Federal direct from the factory seems to be working well without the crazy up charges you'd get from private stores, online sales, etc.. Was able to get defense ammo from them and took a little over a week and a half.

Just like anywhere they have very limited supply but check back daily and often for what you are looking for.

I was at rural king today, they had zero ammo behind the counter. 0!!!!!! I wouldn't doubt shotgun shells go next...

65 cents per round for Russian steel cased 9mm.. $2.40 per round on 30-06. over $3 on 270... Holy shitballs batman. but don't worry guys. US Ammo manufacturers are "doing all they can"

I'm well supplied in 9mm, in fact, I believe the last time I bought 1,000 rounds it was like 50 cents/round, and that was approximately a year plus ago.
It's my 30/30 and 308s that I seem to feel like I never have a enough of so, when I find it, I buy it.
And that is why we have a shortage
. I am also guilty of this.

Yes, usually after the weekend there isn't much of any. I found it on a Wed and Thurs up there and ordered direct.
