I guess it’s a fungus. Talking to a hunter this morning that has one of the most unbelievable collections I’ve seen yet, including on line. Basement walls(all four) stacked from waist to ceiling with nothing but the most expensive and hardest to find juices in the country. I guess he’s been doing it for years.Very cool about the trees! Some of the rabbit hole I went down earlier today. Basically, barrel proof is what it test at before it goes in the barrel. They can water it down after that.
