Are you building this your self or a company... I’m sure U have mentioned it I have been in and out sorry looking great.. mines goin to be the same layout but with cedar siding
I am the GC but we contracted out the log work to a builder that only does log homes, they are doing the dry in from basement walls to tar paper.

Yeah, not conducive for what you have going on. Looks like it’ll move out mid afternoon here. For the next week it looks ok.

I just checked your post this morning to see if I missed an update. Sounds like good old weather is taking it's toll. Hopefully you get dried in soon!!
Moving slower than molasses on a cold January day, but with all the dang rain, I guess that is to be expected.
Weather looks much better for a couple weeks after the rain moves through. They should be able too knock a bunch out then.... Fingers crossed for you.

Considering the conditions, I’d say you are doing just fine. Custom builders get paid a little extra to take their time and do shit right. They don’t need your work, you need theirs. You will have the rest of your life to sit in that beautiful home, don’t rush it.
