Dad, brother, son and myself were out there today. Crazy amount of boats. Some real dipshits, running up through the pack throwing a stupid wake. Anyway, we were just south of G can. Started out really good but then it fizzled out. We ended up with 40 perch that were 12 lbs. Not too bad and Warner had a great time his first time on the big pond.

67 for the three of us this morning. Saw Capt. Mallory and First Mate Chad this morning. They had a decent day too

Went back out to finish our limit this evening and added a couple walleye to the bag. Back at it in the morning.

Wasn’t bad. I heard guys saying it was a tough bite but we got 60 and ran out of bait. Actually had 58, used perch eyes to get the last two. Would have been better if Mason would have kept his line in the water but he wanted to nap. He can’t hang with the old man.

We finished the weekend with 360 perch and 11 walleye. Floating grass is covering a large portion of the western basin right now making trolling almost impossible in some areas. Good thing the perch are biting!

My wife, granddaughter and myself perch fished with @Gern186 Monday. Chad was a great host and we managed a pile of Lake Erie gold.
The weather was great and we will be having a fish fry Friday!
We also kayak fished the portage river and the break walls at Port Clinton.
