Dad and I are tinkerers (word?) and made a solar panel out of some wood, copper piping, tin cans (alot), and a sliding glass door. We called it the coffin and it was our prototype. On a 34 degree day with sunshine it was giving off 140 degree air.

We ended up making a much larger version and it supplements the house heating system using coolant and holding tanks in a radiator system. The logs are very effecient and they hardly use any LP.

This is where my man room is going. It is going to get rehabed in the spring. It is in really great shape on the inside. It is a full loft upstairs with good floors.
