Good Luck with them bucks... As we've said before... If booners are scarce gotta hunt what you have... As for the rattle snake, he's in a good place now... Like Fury said I'd worry about Pearl with those gators around..

We hunted again this morning. Managed to kill 5. As I was picking up decoys we could’ve killed 5 more singles flying into the spread. Two separate ones landed not far almost in the spread. One circled 5 times in range and landed. Crazy we hardly could get anything to work but pull out a 18’ flatboat and pick up decoys and they trying to get in the boat. Go figure [emoji2373].
Pearl did awesome only two birds landed around the spread. One was 80 yards away and wounded.

Not a bunch of teal around but we made the best of it. Killed 10 and found 9. Sure did miss my baby hunting w me this morning. If one of us could hit the side of the barn we would’ve had a limit....today wasn’t my day.

Gonna need a few draggers for that one. It’s on public land and borders a high fence. Open season for hunters. How awesome would it be if one of my bunch kills it.
This reminds me a number of years back where a bull was shot in Ohio during gun season I believe. Got loose from somewhere & immediately became open season.
