I have noticed that I haven’t seen or heard turkeys this fall while hunting

Been settled in for 30min. Feeling optimistic but anything can happen this time of the year. Lots of different birds around me today. Forgot my tree rope to connect my harness. I improvised. Not ideal. Better than none. Cut corn to my west, NW, and SW. Have had good encounters here before. Killed my biggest out of this tree. Difficult not to like this set other than the uncomfortable stand. I know a guy. I might see if he'll hook me up. Lol

Got settled in the tree a few minutes ago. Had a basket rack 6 or 8 pt walk by when I was climbing into the tree.

Hoping this weekend keeps the tradition of being good to me.

Took me a while to sneak in behind the house. Had a group of fawns in front of me. Hopes are pretty low for a shooter to walk through, but I’m out!

Got Braydon out in a blind. Wind was right so letting him try for one I wanted. Hes been in here with a big doe last few camera checks. Hope he gets a shot. Good Luck Everyone!

75" basket rack 8 spares me a skunk today. 21 straight house over 2 days without a sighting from the stand.

They just started shelling a corn field across the road from me... hope it helps for the last hour. Havent seen a deer from my stand today and only 1 yesterday.
