Goodluck!
Just had two yotes trot by at 10 yds. Took a lot not to send an arrow through one of them.

He came up and literally made a scrap right under my stand busted me and somehow I missed a 3 yd shot on him. Second year in a row I missed a straight vertical shot like that very disheartening. Anyway moral of the story is kind of along your story sometimes we think noises bother them more than it actually does.

Congrats ! I dunno where to post this. I'm sitting outside all day doing my cooking thing. I'm having to put up with a number of neighbors mowing & weed whacking . I've got the radio blaring & as I'm sitting up at the fire watching the dutch oven do its magic & drinking alcohol, I find myself covered in deer. I have two mature does & two fawns hitting my corn 25 yrds away. One of the matures walked right up to another spot a few yards away to where I was sitting & have another cam set up. Moral of the story ?, Don't let surrounding noise pollution make you think it ruined your hunt.

Prob just territorial stuff. Just have some froggy bucks that dont like competition. LolMultiple bucks chasing yearling does on my cams. Never noticed that happening 9/29, 9/30 prior years. A couple of broken tines too.
I used to have one of those around, thankfully one of the neighbor kids took him out. He’d have 1-2 tines left by opening day...just a nub by October. Called him Train Wreck. He’d show up for a month and be gone again...only deer that ever made me nervous.Prob just territorial stuff. Just have some froggy bucks that dont like competition. Lol
Everyone must have one, we had one years back we called King of the Forest (yeah I know, real original, LMAO). Every single time we saw this deer he was fighting from when he was 2.5 to when he was 5.5 years old. We watched him kill a 2.5 year old that last year, a neighbor found the younger deer dead in his yard with multiple holes poked through his chest. Mean ass deer. Smart too. Never showered up anywhere but down wind. He got his. Karma's a bitch. Got nailed by a pickup truck about 1/4 mile down the road [emoji23][emoji23][emoji23][emoji23]I used to have one of those around, thankfully one of the neighbor kids took him out.
