J the 180th is based at Toledo express! I feel oaks pain for having to hunt near there. We are working close by and it's pretty loud lol. Buddy I work with knows one of the pilots and he gives his F-16 a couple thrusts when he's over head just to say hi lol!

Doe and fawn got my scent at about 50 yards and looked for me for 5 minutes. They never snorted and walked away to about 100 yards when a small buck ran in and chased them further away.

Hunted until 10:00 this morning.

Seen two good bucks first thing, one before sunrise and the other at sunrise.

Both were just within 100 yards that was slowly heading East, further away from me.

Headed back out and got settled in @4:00 for an evening hunt.

Since this stand is like 1/2 mile from my shop, this time I hunted through the woods to get there and came across two different sets of two antlerless deer.

Then within the last hour, two more antlerless deer cruised right underneath me headed to the CRP field.

Total of eight deer seen for the day with one definite shooter, maybe two.

Earlier, I went around to all my other setups and gathered up all my trail cameras cause it's about that time for the orange army to make their way into woods.

I don't want any of shit to come up missing, if you know what I mean.

I already had one stolen.

Anyhow,

here's one of my targeted bucks captured midday on my TC right underneath one of setups and I wasn't there.

I have more of him at one of my other setups just over the past couple of days, but on video.

I'll be switching gears and get back on him for a bit over the next few days.

Good night 'TOO'ville!

180th By Toledo express. I'm close enough that I stand up at 5 pm for the National anthem every time I hunt lol

Been there lol... Hunted across the runway from the 910th a few seasons over here as well... Waved at the crews flying over head lol, flipped off a few as well l so...

We have the Ravenna arsenal over here also. We use it as a drop zone for training. The planes would fly low level into the drop zone and release the load and hit the intended target. There’d has been more then one occasion that there were a few dead deer while they retrieved those loads 🦌😂

It's usually only 3 times a week they play around in the afternoon so it's not that bad. I learned to use the noise from the airport 30 years ago to still hunt during gun season so it has a few positives lol
