Thanks guys. I can’t really even adequately describe how lousy this season has been for a lot of different reasons so this one means a lot. Funny thing, I killed one on Jan 10 last year TOO. Go figure lol. Not much of a story, dumped a bag of corn yesterday with the cold moving in and hunted it today. She came in and fed facing me for about 5 minutes before turning and giving me a shot. I let er fly and that’s all she wrote. I heard her pile up about 40 yards away. Time to do some shed hunting!

Got in 30mins ago. Neighbor is running sawmill and skid loader to the east, hoping that keeps deer out of the field. E wind is in the face. Snow is on the ground. Come on slick heads!
