I think Giles is probably right. Still say shoot her if you get the chance though.
Could be because I just had a doe and her dawn walk across my downwind side with no issue at all.
I've seen deer blow at alot of things . More than once I've seen does blow at little bucks when they're being harrassed

A little truck scouting since I can’t get around... saw four bucks chasing does.
I never seen deer act like these did tonight. A big doe and a buck following. Came down the hill and stopped at the creek. We needed them to come across the creek to shoot. The two in front of us started stomping and not want the other two to cross the creek. Eventually the buck and doe went back up the hill the other two proceeded to eat for a few minutes and then wander off....Strange!

I was expecting a better evening this evening. Sat with the oldest daughter but all we saw was 1 fawn. Going to butcher deer tomorrow night, so it will probably be Thursday before we get back out.
