Hunted a stand without service yesterday evening. I needed about another minute of daylight.....or no leaves! I drew on this buck twice but just couldn’t be sure of the shot placement. This was still in wv
Saw 3 large doe driving back the lane too the house... About the only action I’m going too have for a while

I'm in....last minute but farmer was bush hogging the edges. Glad he left finally!

Good pass. Looks like a 3 year old to me, so he'll be purdy next year. Or too purdy to pass in January
1st sit tonight. Saw some deer got winded by some and had a starring contest with a button buck at ten yards that must have come out of a tree he was so quiet sneakin n. Great to be out
Good choice Rick. I've seen some of your deer heads in person. You have nothing to prove and only yourself to keep happy. Only you know if he would make you happy or not. I'd say if you passed him tonight, he should get a pass on the last day of the season too. If he makes it that far, he's earned next years growth.

Rain is finishing up right now. Coffee is brewing, updating this from the throne, showering and heading out. They'll be moving this morning after being held down for 4-5 hours in the rain. Slipping behind the house until soccer makes me leave...
