Definitely one of the best hunts I have had for number of deer seen. It was bitter sweet having him so close without being able to seal the deal. But it’s awesome to have those encounters

Right on man. Makes it that much sweeter when it all comes together. Got to have some of those elevated heart rate moments to build the excitement and increase the satisfaction when you connect. If this was easy. . . Would it be as addicting/rewarding?

I agree and absolutely not! Nothing like the adrenaline rush when it happens

Got this picture of a dandy heading into my woods following 2 does less than 3 hours ago. Mallory and I are in the box blind with the decoy set up at 50 yards. We didn't bump anything getting in here. Just need some luck now...

Looks like the rain moved out and the wind has picked up. Hopefully something moves for us. Be nice to at least see one.

Just got in for the evening. Papaw dropped me and the boy off right at the blind tonite! Rain is moving out for last hour n half…..

We're in again.( 30 min) Chose blind on a feeder with good wind. 5 doe so far...
