Dear Mother Nature, Thank you once again for shoving it hard and heavy up my rear end with no lubrication with my fourth Rutcation in a row with temps in mid60’s plus. Oh well, can’t kill ‘em from the couch and sure as hell beats being at work. Good luck to all hunting this week. Maybe I’ll hunt over water more than I otherwise would have in the afternoons??

I'm in my stand I shot my big buck 2 years ago . Cam shows nothing promising. But the wind is perfect for this spot , hope a hot doe is in the area!!! ..good luck

Doe with fawn in tow just wandered by like it was opening day. I've now seen over a dozen does this week and only one had a buck anywhere near her. Strange ass week of hunting.

Basket racked 8 pushing a doe. Finally signs of life! Another lone doe busted out of the cover the other 2 ran into. At least I didn't get skunked!
Doe with two littles. Later had 110-120 ish 8pt at 40. Button buck came from other direction to offer me the same 40yd shot. Weird dog keeps rolling in and out. Never had much deer movement with fog. Sun is getting higher. Hope it burns off soon.
What a squirrel metropolis! Like a giant Chinese city with people stacked in top of each other. Except it is squirrels. Geeesh

It is but not in reach. I’m not climbing down 25’ and climbing up another tree 25’ to get it. I’m poor but not that poor!
I've got a mom doe trying to get rid of her yearlings out front. She must be expecting company
