Up here in NW Pa the temp stayed warm all night then started to drop through the day. Went from SW to W to NW. continuous action and 3 nice bucks, but none what I'm looking for...yet! It took all I had not to shoot 2 of em!
They better not tempt me again.

It was an awesome evening! Had a lone doe work to 25yrds., casually grazing. Big ol moose decided he had enough and came busting out of the thick bedding area to the N and ran her all over the woods for the last 15mins of shooting light. In doing so they kicked up another 4-5deer. One big game of chase to watch the curtains draw dark.

Lone doe on one side and spike with a doe on the other. That tells me what I need to know, guess I’ll work tomorrow and let the others finish what there doing wherever they’re doing it, and make it back to look again.

Had one doe walk in behind and wind me, was not expecting it at all as they typically bed north west corner of this property
Two bucks sparring about 100 yards down the creek. Was getting dark so turned the estrous can over to get their attention. Didn’t realize a 2 year old 8 was coming in from other direction. He saw me and blew and ruined everything.

Im back home in Warren county for a few days. Going to see what's going on here and visit with the family a while. Good Hunting this morning if you're heading out!
Yeah I'm out. That roaring buck I had on video was just out behind the house wandering @, so maybe he'll cruise by..... before the heat wave arrives.
Good luck. Better temps today. Got partway to my stand and realized why that hot sauce at the Mexican restaurant last night had a warning label.

Went to PA to hunt some public with my cousin. Small 4 pt just worked through. I can hear deer in the thicket behind me.
