Was snowing and windy as hell in pickaway, yet I didn't see a single deer [emoji848]. I could see a mile across a tall crp field
Wind was blowing bad in licking last night. Tree was swaying CRAZY! All I seen was 1 cat and 1 squirrel.

Got out last night and had three doe come out at 4:30 ish and the first one gave me a shot, I guesstimated her at 35 yards and took the shot but must have sent it right over her back. They ran off and she really didn't look like a hit deer running away. I went out to where she was standing when I shot and found nothing. Followed along the field edge to where she ran into the woods, nothing. Followed the trail she took for a while and saw nothing, clean miss lol

I couldn't find my arrow, I was hunting from the ground in a field of tallish grasses so if I missed there was no way I was gonna find the thing
