Changed locations to my other property. Just as I pulled up a doe was being chased by two bucks. Came within 25 yds of my truck and never looked my way.

Had a doe come in while putting up my stand.

Parked my car by the road and got out to walk back to my stand....big buck was 20 yds from the stand.... Figures....

Skunked this morning. Headed out to get some lunch and take a dump. Contemplating going back out for the last couple of hours. I'm beginning to think the rut is a myth

Had a small 8 walk thru at 11:15 then called it quits and napped till 2. Walked in realized I forgot my quiver. Walked out. Walked in. And here I am now.

Also, drank a monster and now I'm twitch like a crack addict on withdrawal, wtf is in these things.

Had a doe and twins come through shortly after my little buck bedded. He got up browsed a little bedded again. He was so tired, because he has a bum leg.. guess I would be too.

I may smack the next doe that walks by lol losing my prop in athens and having to hunt public really put down my drive for drilling a booner.

However I haven't hunted public since I moved here 3yrs ago and after studying just topos of this piece, I've seen 7 deer in 3 sits with one being a lil 110" 8pt. I feel I'm not doing too shabby lol
