Sitting outside a home improvement store people watching, eating my lunch and surfing TOO. A very noticeable pattern can be seen. Beyond the mask, damn near every person walking in or out touches their face at the door. One might be putting the mask on or off while the next person is puffing on a smoke or itching their nose. What good is the mask again?

I would hope that everyone walking in and out of something like a clinic would protect themselves and others. The mask should be a standard from here forward for those kinds of places. You don't go because everything is fine.
Yes waiting rooms set up to social distance - take temp and santize hands to get in - clean treatment rooms after every patient - hand santizier every where - drinking fountains tagged off - bottled water - thanks shots went well except wife said she been driving for 50 years with only one fender bender sooooo i should shut the fuck up

So my friend got a new crossbow and has no where to zero it in and usually uses my yard as it's flat, got a hill for a backstop and he can shoot 100 yds if he chooses... Before he came today I reminded him a mask is mandatory... He said of course, after what you went through last year I fully intend on wearing one...
You do realize you are outside and if there is a 100yrd. shooting range, there is more than enough room to stay 20-30' apart??

I know... But he is in corrections and at high risk, plus he had covid-19 earlier in the year couple that with the fact I was seriously ill over the winter and knowing that I would end up closer than 6 ft. Helping with crossbow I want to be extra safe... I didn't hunt last fall and am not missing this year...
Very cool of you to help him out. Given the circumstances that little mask is nothing but an inconvenience in the scheme of things.

What about them? The mask didn't save them? Stats have shown that only 1% of those reported are actually from covid. The other 99% had other illnesses that were the actually cause of death. So of 100% of people tested, that number is even smaller.

Surprisingly NY state has the best study regarding mortality rates based on antibody testing. In essence, they found that the crude mortality rate of 0.28% for the general population. For those under age 65 the crude mortality rate is 0.09% with 89% of the time those individuals had known serious health conditions. This number dips further is we were able to identify individuals with unknown health conditions. In short, 95.5% of the population has a less than 0.03% chance of dying from COVID. Knowing this, why is everyone being forced to wear masks, why not just the individual's ar risk, why aren't the resources that are being spent on this mass propaganda campaign being focused on the protection of the at-risk population instead of every man woman and child. Their risk of dying in a car crash is 3x higher than covid, 60x higher of heart disease, 50x higher of cancer, and even 4x higher of falling and dying.
Mandating that every person married or not wears a condom during sex would save 10x more people than mandating that they wear a mask.
