I’ve spent months breaking the habit of touching my face. I had to go to a couple stores yesterday and dutifully wore a mask. I fiddled with my mask and therefore touched my face more in an hour than I have the last four months.

I did the same while at the gym. They are now requiring them to be worn while working out. I adjusted mine a hundred times I bet...
