I feel your pain with the "extinct" triggers. Dang hubcaps are getting out of hand! That Bonita is a heck of a bait. Especially when a big old grouper chokes down a piece!!

Pretty good snapper meat mash this weekend. 
fishing from tupperware is such a blast.
Better grade ARS today. That's a wrap on red snapper for me unless they open a fall weekend or two. Couldn't hold the big boy plus another 4-5# one..
Big ARS is 19.2#
4 or 5 big boy breakoffs... should of had two > 15#

We were on a family vacation in WV, I managed to pick up a couple of rainbows while the kiddo was chucking rocks in the water upstream.

I used to go more often, pre-family. It's a gorgeous area that's close enough to just run over for the day if the mood takes you.

Best SM before alum got too busy today.
Caught them, a few LM, two saugeye, and a crappie drop shotting the deeper water off of south pool points. Tough lake for me to figure out.

It was a big day for me...first day with a new camera. The old Olympus TG2 was great for me, but I decided to make a change. The TG lived up to its name, working in every environment and surviving the submersions, falls, mud, and dust that I subjected it to. To test drive the new Nikon w300, I hit a small stream yesterday afternoon and checked on the locals.

Literally no catfish. A couple small bass and only thing to write home about was a 12 inch rock bass I caught. Slow slow night
Went off Cleveland Saturday afternoon for a few hours. Took out pup Storm for her first time on the big water. I could have picked a better day, it was kinda rough for awhile. But she adjusted after puking. We just drifted and caught a bunch of fish. Threw back quite a few small walleyes.

Out on St. Claire for the next two days. Currently bobbing around 9 mile and Grosse pointe in 14-17 fow trying to find the bass. Caught a courtesy drum so far.
All I can find is the grass however.

Caught a few green sunfish last week while fishing in Pennsylvania…first time I’ve caught those. I had to use google to find out what it was. Also caught lots of these small minnow type fish but they ain’t minnows. They were a pain in the ass as they would hit the bait almost as soon as it hit the water.
