Was able to get some free time to get out with a buddy and clear my mind and relax. It’s been stressful lately. We took the kayaks out and fished for awhile. Was able to reel in some cats.

Nice catch!
Perfect size for lopping off the head, skinning, gutting, scoring the sides, breading and frying whole. Meat peels right off the bone.
Played hooky from work to play hooky on the big pond. Casting again in 45ft of water.

Took my little guy to a farm pond Friday night. Caught a bunch of nice bluegill and then caught some bass on fake worms. He caught this guy on a whopper plopper. Pure excitement for a 6 year old!

Caught me a local Temple Creek Outfitter BVK with an Orvis Hydros SL4 today.
Annual family vacation to Siesta Keys. Kept 14 Mangrove Snapper which are currently on the grill.
Took Greyson and his buddy Frank out to a farm pond. Musta caught 20 Bass and 100 Bluegill. Threw back any gills under 6" and over 8". Still brought home about 40

Mason hit some local ponds with his buddy Seth tonight. The caught some dandies. Here are two they cranked in simultaneously. I took Seth and his dad to Lake Erie yesterday. Slow day for Lake Erie, at least in my boat. Here is Seth with his first walleye.
I just got back from TN late last night. We had another pretty solid trip down there. Good fishing, good food, good times.

Couple largemouth from the house last week. All off texas rigged finesse worm. Topwater has been sucking down here all of the sudden.
