Looks like I’ve passed my allowed time to edit. This is not a joke, it actually happened. The grill also didn’t shit off, it shut off/flameout. Hopefully this serves as a lesson for all of us.
Yeah, seems some of my text got sent and others didn’t. Now do you understand why I freaked a little when you asked about the sausage? I’ll still drive over and save your digestive track some work.Damn

Theory?Cleaned out, fired it back up and enjoying some breakfast sausage TOO style. View attachment 99618
Pretty much. Seems like a very small percentage of this happening between all the makers. So it must be a stars aligned kind of thing. I wasn’t worried one bit to fire it back up.Holy crap Dave, glad all are ok. Was just saying to my wife I need to ask you how that grill was working out for you. So from what you are saying it sounds like the flame went out, auger kept working and over filled it? Then the restart caused the boom?
So, what exactly is there to learn from this? Do you know for sure what even happened? And what would/could you have done differently that would have prevented it?Looks like I’ve passed my allowed time to edit. This is not a joke, it actually happened. Yes, it was started and didn’t light or went out. Auger kept feeding pellets. She restarted it and a few minutes later she blew. So, what exactly is there to learn from this? Do you know for sure what even happened? And what would/could you have done differently that would have prevented it?
