Day 4 cleared out around the barn some more, today underlayment and metal went on. Now to wait for things to dry out for concrete

Like everything else I am sure they have jumped in price like everything else. I had 3 overhead doors installed last spring in my barn down in TN. 10x10 insulated with windows, 10x12 insulated with windows, and a 10x7 high lift no windows. I paid a little less than $4k for all installed. No openers though.

Was that quote a mom and pop company or a chain like Overhead?

Local company that does commercial doors. I am probably going to get ideal doors from Menards using the discounts for the 2 openers I can get 2 doors and 2 openers for $4,188.37

Ground breaking currently underway. Slope is deceiving, back LH corner will need raised 1'9" to match front RH corner (current lay of the land. Necessary to ensure floor height is high enough so no H20 from drive/house ends up in barn or on porch. Same exact situation when we built the house, as seen with that rear yard pic.
