Make sure In bid the Roof is Sheeted. Not just metal to purling’s. If ya ever plan on running a brothel out of it ya don’t want water dripping on people’s heads. 8x8 rooms are plenty. Best bang for your buck.

Curb appeal will be my mission this weekend. Might even get some gravel for the driveway. It’s pretty bad

Years ago I saw plans for a homemade walk in cooler. Had insulated walls and covered with plastic board type wall covering. The cooling source was a window air conditioner.

They make more every day
Yeah that’s the only curb appeal that I noticed from the pictures that needed attention.
It amazes me how much my driveway affects me before and after cutting and trimming.
