Prayers please for my dad

It did Dustin! Thank you for asking. It was wonderful. Dad had been so so so confused. He slept pretty good the day before and all night. When he awoke yesterday, he was as clear as we have seen him in a couple weeks. It was a true blessing from God. May have something to do with the Morphine and Atavan he has been receiving. Maybe they have finally kicked in or been adjusted to the proper levels. I don't know.
Just caught myself up here. Glad to hear the Birthday gathering went nicely and that he might be doung better with the meds adjustment. Just continue spending as much time with him while he's still here buddy. Thoughts and prayers continue your families way buddy.
Yesterday we switched to a higher level of hospice care. Dad was moved from hospice care at nursing home to inpatient hospice at the hospital. Medicine can be better regulated. Dosages can be increased. Much more one on one attention compared to an understaffed nursing home. We are on day two with no fluid or food intake. It is 100% about making dad comfortable now. I must admit, he is resting comfortably. We have had many friends and family reach out. My wife, daughter, mother, brother and I spent the night there. Dad is close to being whole again. It is simply a matter of time now.
