Agreed! We have another 2-4" on the docket for today. I walked out to the feeder yesterday, 70yrds out the back door. I was drenched by the time I got back to the house....need some snow shoes with 14" lol!

Lots of ice this morning, no snow yet.... Dogs had a rude awakening getting down off the deck 
When this snow melts my yard is going to be littered with tennis balls. Herc keeps losing them in the deep snow. I bet there are a dozen out there now.

This is how tired I was yesterday. Paid a subcontractor to plow out one of my employee's driveways. Had my son fuel my truck with our transfer tank. I was not alert enough to drive to the gas station so my employee could finish the route. This is a first. I've never hit a wall like this before. Body shut down. I've lifted weights or gone thru "muscle failure" doing push ups in basic training. I've never been to the point of "body failure" due to fatigue. We ended up getting 11" the other night. Another 3-4" yesterday. I've had a run. 28hrs of sleep since Monday. 14 were last night into this morning.

Not sure how many more years I can go like this. Been re-evaluating a lot the last few years. Had an opportunity at a 120 acre campus to maintain. Roughly a third of it plowable hard surfaces. We were awarded the contract. I couldn't pass it up, but it has been a stretch on my body. Why do you grow a business? To be able to land contracts like this one. They don't hand them out to a guy with 2 plow trucks and 3 years experience very often. Might be time to shed some of the other contracts and narrow our focus moving forward.
