Our veggies are still in growing trays but going in the ground this week after tonights last low in the 40s. Local sweetcorn went into the ground back in late April, looks to be around V3/V4 as of yesterday. While slightly cooler than normal air temps, north central Ohio soil temps look good and emergence is on the good side. Overall Ohio is just fine for planting rates and this week will take it to the end if guys keep their equipment running. Stay positive fellas.

I peaked at the gauge as I walked by in the dark this morning, looked around 4" of rain for this week so far. Bunch of small debris laying around the yard too but I think we did fine. Still 9,000 without power so I'm sure it'll be a shitshow of a day at work today.
Same here Dave. Leave and limb debris laying everywhere here too and ponding as well.

Like you guys up north we have been pretty soggy. The last couple days we have seen a couple months worth of water. Been a crazy year for sure. Going to need to rework some drainage as the driveway keeps getting washed out during the heaviest of rains. I think I am going to add an asphalt curb along the road front to keep the water moving down the street.

We drove right through it last night. A bit iffy for a little bit with the wind. Some big Trees and branches were down all over southeast of here. I was shocked this morning going through town. Tree trimmers were out in full force. A few buildings were damaged. Tis the season. Just glad people aren't hurt.
